Design revision becomes risky when feedback threads, reference images, editable files, and previews point to different versions. Make the current decision and current artifact visible before arranging windows.
Establish the version and feedback source
Name the source file and export with a shared version clue. Choose one place where feedback is accepted, and record which version each comment addresses. A screenshot can illustrate a comment but should not become an unlabeled replacement for the editable source.
Keep the feedback window beside the design file while triaging. Turn each accepted comment into a specific change or question. Mark contradictory comments for a decision instead of applying both silently.
Compare reference and result deliberately
Open only references relevant to the current change. Label them as inspiration, constraint, or prior version so similarity is not mistaken for approval. Put the live preview beside the editable file and test the actual target size, theme, and interaction state. Refresh the preview after every meaningful export.
Close the revision cycle
Record which comments were applied, declined, or need clarification. Export to a clearly separated output location and archive obsolete previews. Wallo can group the feedback, reference, source, and preview windows, but it does not know design versions, comments, approval, or file lineage.
